Is there no beauty to be found anymore
Hath mine eyes fore’er been blinded to such
A rainbow, a rose, the foam upon shore
The love inherent each time we touch
Delicate snowflake descends from black night
To nestle atop majestic pine tree
Sun rays give credence to why we have sight
Moonlight becomes you…enchanting to see
I live as turtle tucked into his shell
Colors and magic of life do escape
Regret, pain and worry, place where I dwell
No falling stars or a succulent grape
The Meadowlark’s song, soft sweet violin
God free me from hell…I’ve already been
