An effervescent moon doth make me swoon
Aurora’s gold fingers jostle my bed
Anachronistic, a soul out of place
Awakening body long ago dead
But how can this be, the mirror reflects
Bitter tears well in eyes, I see, hear, feel
Bygone and forlorn, I fear all suspect
Betrayal of loved ones compels mine kneel
Can you hear me oh God, far, far away
Crepuscular light doth tinge my being
Changing of guard, I’ve overspent my stay
Clinging to hope that you’ll soon be freeing
Damned am I, t ‘is evident in my face
Doomed and entombed…out of time…out of place
