Cauldron of Avarice…seasoned death
Only one, not two, smug evil bitches
Catalyst being ne’er-do-well Macbeth
‘T is really quite simple…lust for power
Apparitions tossed in for dark effect
Conspirators lose sanity’s flower
Crime “must” be punished…I do so suspect
Malcolm’s father slain…Duncan’s blood “spotted”
Macduff loses children, including wife
Banquo erased…most “Bardicly” plotted
Lady “M” now insane, squelches own life
The moral of story…lost on the dead
Yet still drips blood…from Macbeth’s severed head
