Humans without Humanity?...say not
Devoid of compassion…hearts made of stone
Child of poverty forever begot
Befouled, defiled cruel world I beg…atone
Society sans scruples?...dog eat dog
Survival of the fittest…mantra rage
Death by neglect or agony of the flog
All coalesce on a history page
Civilization curtailed…greed deified
Strong equates with wealth, weak aligned with poor
Duplicity ‘tis cunning rife with lies
Scattered dreams of victims…oft’ bled and tore
Humans without Humanity…end times
Recorded midst the stars…horrific crimes
